Blank Street stands by the quality of its products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of style or colour preference

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

By placing an order with Blank Street, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date

  • All exchange requests must be lodged through our online returns portal

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange for an alternative item of equal value.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, we will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Faulty item claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • All claims must be lodged via our returns portal

  • You may be required to provide clear photographs or additional information to assist with assessment

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • An exchange for an item of equal value

Refunds will only be provided where required by law.

Returns Process

All exchange and faulty item requests must be submitted through our returns portal.

We do not accept returns sent without prior approval or outside the returns portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible:

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

  • Items that do not meet the condition requirements outlined above

Important Notes

  • Blank Street reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
