Shipping policy

These Purchase & Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed with Blank Street. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Purchases

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when placing an order. We may request additional information to verify or process your order.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, Blank Street is not responsible for resending the order or covering additional shipping costs.

Purchase Price

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

For international orders, prices may be displayed using an integrated currency converter. Any difference between the displayed price and the amount charged by your bank is outside our control.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment

Blank Street accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure your payment information is handled securely.

Blank Street does not store credit card details. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.

Consent to Communications

By placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from Blank Street relating to your order, products, promotions, competitions, and marketing.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery

Important: Pre-Order Policy

Please note that we currently operate on a pre-order basis. All items are made-to-order or secured upon purchase to ensure quality and availability.

• Processing & Delivery Time: All orders will take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your door from the date the order is placed.

• Tracking: Once your order has been prepared and dispatched via DHL Express, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its final journey to you.

Delivery Destinations

Within Australia

Once your pre-order is ready for dispatch, domestic delivery typically takes 1–3 business days via DHL Express. Please remember that the total time from order to doorstep is approximately 3 weeks.

International Orders

We ship to selected international destinations. Once dispatched, international transit typically takes 3–7 business days.

Need Help?

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of your initial purchase date, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can investigate the status of your pre-order.

Cancellation of Orders

Blank Street may cancel an order if we are unable to supply the products for any reason.

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded any amount paid. To the extent permitted by law, Blank Street is not liable for any additional loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from such cancellation.

Returns

All returns, exchanges, and faulty item claims are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Nothing in our Returns Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Purchase & Shipping Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
